About This Project

Build an integrated sexual-health prevention stack that treats adults as risk-managing agents rather than defendants in a morality trial. The system combines confidential STI testing, HIV PrEP linkage, vaccination reminders, doxyPEP eligibility screening, antibiotic stewardship, partner notification options, telehealth prescribing, pharmacy pickup, and antimicrobial-resistance monitoring. The interface should be discreet, clinically supervised, and targeted: doxyPEP is offered only where evidence and guidelines support it, with follow-up testing and resistance surveillance. The provocative part is simple: stop making people confess their way into care. Give them the right tool, at the right time, under the right safeguards.
