About This Project

Negotiate an international SAF blending mandate coordination framework through ICAO to prevent competitive distortion from unilateral mandates while accelerating global SAF deployment. The framework would establish minimum blending percentages by decade (2% by 2025, 10% by 2030, 35% by 2040), coordinate SAF certification standards, create a SAF production investment fund ($30 billion), and establish book-and-claim accounting allowing airlines to purchase SAF credits from any global production location regardless of physical delivery location.
