About This Project

Address first-mover disadvantage in industrial decarbonization by aggregating demand for green steel, green cement, and green chemicals from early-adopter buyers. The initiative would create a global procurement platform where governments, corporations, and municipalities commit to purchasing green industrial products at premium prices, creating sufficient guaranteed demand to justify first-commercial-scale green industrial facilities. A bridging fund would cover the green premium for public purchasers in low-income countries.
