About This Project

Establish peer-to-peer agroecological learning networks where early-adopter farmers serve as paid local advisors, accelerating practice diffusion at a fraction of the cost of formal extension services. Research shows farmer-to-farmer learning generates adoption rates 4-6× higher than top-down extension for complex management-intensive practices. The model builds local advisory capacity that persists after external program funding ends.
